DELIVERY
All items will be shipped recorded 1st class. All my products are handmade to order, I always endeavour to make orders and dispatch as soon as possible. If you need any item for a specific date then please get in touch prior to placing your order and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your item please get in contact via email loveitforeverever@outlook.com as soon as you notice an issue. I work hard to ensure quality and high standards.

I do offer refunds or exchanges on faulty items, if returned within 14 days. Please email first to acknowledge the return and get a returns number, please include fault and order number and date of purchase. Most of my items are handmade to order and unless faulty I cannot offer refunds, but happy to offer and exchange for another item.

We do not offer free returns labels, all returns cost must be covered by the customer of which we ask to be sent using a signed for service.

I do not refund or exchange on any item that is bespoke, i.e. special request on colour or style that is not as standard on the website, this includes special sizes and items, this is due to all items being handmade and a lot of time and effort goes into bespoke items they will be special to that person.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy so when placing an order with us you will have to provide personal details like your name, bank details and address. We will not share this information to a third party without your consent, we will however use it to process your order and delivery. If you have any concern over your privacy then please do not hesitate to get in touch.

REPAIRS
With every item purchased from us we offer a repair service, so your loved product will last a life time. You will have to show proof of purchasing when requesting a repair.
